Christmas Payments

Payment dates in December will change due to Public Holidays.  To receive your payments on time, please ensure that you follow the guidelines below to submit your work patterns correctly.  Make sure to click submit and wait for the thank you message before each deadline.

The easiest way to avoid any disruption to your payment is:

•    Ask your employer for your expected work pattern for the month of December.
•    For the 9th/10th December, please provide your pattern by 12th December at 4pm. Payment for this week will be paid as normal on 16th December.
•    For 16th/17th December, 23rd/24th December and 30th/31st December all part-time Jobseeker’s customers are being asked to provide their expected work patterns on or before 4pm on Tuesday 16th December to ensure that their payments are received on time.
•    Payment for the weeks 16th/17th December and 23rd/24th December will be paid in advance, on Friday 19th December. 
•    Payment for the 30th/31st December will be paid on 6th January.
•    Please provide all this information by Tuesday 16th December by 4pm (1 normal week and 2 future weeks).

If you are unable to provide your expected work pattern before this deadline, you can still submit as normal each week. However, that week’s payment will be delayed until after Christmas. You should submit your pattern and contact your local office in this case.

If there were any changes to the expected work pattern you submitted, you should provide the details in the “Change of Circumstances” question in January.
