Important update about Child Benefit Payments

We want to let you know about payment dates for those who have recently returned an Education Certificate for their child who is over 16 years of age.

These payments will be made over the next few weeks, starting on 3 November.  You don’t need to worry if you don’t receive your payment on 3 November. Your payment will be made in the coming weeks.  Our team are working to process these certificates and ensure payments are made as quickly as possible. 

If you have returned your certificate to us, you don’t need to do anything. Your payment will issue automatically in the coming weeks, and no action is required on your part.

If you have not already returned your certificate then please do this, so we can make your payment as soon as possible.
